Works as it should when crafting

I personally use this to smooth out anything I'm sculpting and to remove any wrinkles, fingerprints, etc. from the clay when I'm done sculpting. It works very well for this purpose as long as you don't use too much at once and leave things much better. It works as everyone says and as you would expect. My only complaint is that it's a bit greasy so I have to wash my hands after using it.

The package arrived in good condition. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that it was leaking in the plastic bag it was packaged in when shipped. I contacted Amazon and got an immediate refund and it came shortly after I reordered it. Really helps soften my tone. I use this on my Premo Accents Opal Sculpey Clay when it gets difficult to work with and it completely revitalizes my clay. I will definitely order again. Don't add too much! But with the right amount, your tone will soften slightly and

Fits most brands, less is more

A little drop or two will restore most tones. I've used it on Sculpey III, Premo, Fimo, Cernit. Very little is needed, one bottle will likely last most people for years. I had 2 polymer clay products - Fimo Effect and Professional Fimo that took more than a drop and just turned into a mess - still crumbly but all smeared and sticky. still difficult and impracticable. I used to try warming them up a bit and using my pasta maker and using the conditioner was my last try. I think those clay bags…

A bottle miracle for dry, old, brittle clay.

There was a problem with my clay order. At another seller it arrived hard and unusable. Was so frustrated at the thought of the dollar going down the drain. But I held on hoping that maybe I would find a solution quickly. after 2-3 months. I was looking for various clay products on Amazon and to my surprise, my amazement, I stumbled upon this little solution. Was doubtful. was leary but i mean what could have hurt i lost most of the $ and the a few $1 if that didn't work out. WOW-OHWOW! It…

Do not use on Old Sculpey

I spent about 45 minutes kneading some old Sculpey clay, it was still pliable but stiff. I wanted to be able to easily shape him without torturing him or my hands to death. The amount of fabric softener I had to put in was proportional to the small amount of old Sculpey, I used A LOT and had to knead and knead and knead. As a result, after breaking it, I got the consistency of grated cottage cheese. But my hands have had a good rehydration session. Folks, if you have an old Sculpi and want to…

Works very well. Sculpey Rules

Full five stars again for Sculpey. Hoping I wouldn't need this stuff and tried some home remedies to soften my tone, but I gave up as my journey went south (petroleum). When you get some of the effect putty, they may be hard. So far, the tones Opal, Trans and Glow in the Dark have used it. I know people need to rotate their inventory, so the ability to get a brand new, freshly packaged block straight off the production line exceeded my expectations which is why I bought this one. How easy is it
