I ordered this product because the bearing became part of my OEM part after 1.5 years. As shipped, this part was louder and harsher than the old OEM part. After a few months of use, the #1 replacement blade burned out. I'm currently using replacement blade #2, but it sounds the same as the first replacement blade. trash safe.

I'm actually correcting my previous post because I've noticed with more frequent use that the blades aren't as sharp as the original part and it takes a little longer to break ice. The fit of the snippet to the actual ninja also seems to be missing, which makes the mixing process a bit more difficult. Although it works, I wouldn't buy it again.

When I click on a Ninja I've ordered from Amazon, I get a link to that product. I bought it and it is the wrong replacement part even though the description says it is compatible with my model number. Call a ninja when you have 6 flippers down. 1-877-646-5288. I was able to get a replacement blender for free, apparently Ninja redesigned the blades and no longer make replacement parts for older models.

This is about one of the four replacement blades we had for our Nutri Ninja that blew. Not sure what's wrong with the blender's design or the blades, but they keep melting to the bottom after a few months and we're not particularly heavy blender users. It works great as long as it lasts, but if you have a Nutri Ninja blender I assume you'll be replacing it more often than warranted thanks to the knife's sturdy base design.

Check for replacement blades as soon as they arrive. I have bought many ninja blades and never thought to look at them when they arrived. I bought this as a backup as I make smoothies every day.
