Take care of your overall chemistry, it can raise other traces like Kh to dangerous levels, you should check magnesium and calcium, check all well. A week ago my carb was 23 and my ph was 8. Now doing 2 water changes #1, 20% #2 50% and testing my ph at 8.4 and carb 15. So check and don't add more of this product. I recommend it very strongly.

Works great. There needs to be a buffer in the salt mixture if you want to raise your pH. Mine kept dropping and that helped keep it going until I found the cause of the ongoing pH issue. It was my magnesium levels so once corrected the tank ran and I no longer needed the supplement. But when I used it, it worked great

It really raised the PH to 8.3. I used it a few times because my PH was 8.0 no matter what I did. So I tried that and it brought it to 8.1 and then 8.2 the second time I used it. I waited a week before using it a second time just to avoid shock. When I used it for the third time, it went up to 8.3. A month later, he's still 8.3. PH saver! This is total crap! I've been trying to keep the pH at 8.2 in my Fluval Evo 11 for a week now. This crap only raises the pH to 8.2 for a few hours and then drops back down to 7.4. Used reverse osmosis water and Red Sea salt as directed. Still no luck. Don't waste your money on this garbage. I kept a 150 gallon reef for 12 years in the 90's, I used a GH ph-up and always had 8.2 with a few drops and it stayed 3 weeks straight. :). Will be ordering another bottle once this review is done.
