Useless and Untrustworthy Cotter Pin

After I put it to the test, this cotter pin didn't provide any security to my boat hardware. The material seems cheap and breaks easily.

Pros
  • None.
Cons
  • Unreliable and flimsy material.

It's good to have pins of different sizes

I've just used it on my sailboat this season, it's good to have pins of different sizes, they came in handy. Appears to be of good quality. I hope to be able to do that in a year and give my review.

Pros
  • Wow
Cons
  • Disappear

Definitely less oversized rings than undersized rings

Didn't need them in stainless steel but couldn't find them anywhere on rings but Revane. I bought these to replace some missing cotter pins on the deck of a Kubota tractor mower. They're a bit more difficult to attach to the pins than the original rings that came with the deck, but they do the job.

Pros
  • A handy range of strong and durable cotter pins that will take all common cap sizes
Cons
  • Some bugs
