SEAFLO Line Marine Bilge Blower Review

Works great! For those who complain about noise, try putting some rubber washers underneath when mounting it. I can't even hear him working without a boat and he's standing in the driveway.

This thing is a hurricane. I bought an ECU to slow down due to noise, but in practice I can turn it down even more because this thing bleeds air like a jet engine. When I turned it on from the power supply, it exploded across the table.

Good low power built-in fan. Can be used with a small air filter cartridge. It's noisy, but the dB is stated in the product description. If you want a super quiet yet powerful fan, you'll have to spend more than $$$$. For the price, this fan works. I've been driving for over a year and no problems.

Very powerful for 12v applications Put two of these in my defender to extend the air conditioning to the back seat by pulling air from the condenser through hoses also bought on Amazon. Blows a lot of air. Loud, but burying them in the console won't break the deal. Works great in automotive applications.

I installed a new integrated bilge fan; It's a bit louder than my other two flange mount Jabsco units, but it works fine and draws 1/2 amp. WARNING: I ordered the recommended 3" x 20" flexible vinyl tubing. It will NOT fit the 3" blower motor! The hose box is correctly marked 3", however the hose appears to be 3" OD. and the fan housing is larger.

Purchased to air out my cargo trailer during the off season. The fan worked well (albeit noisy) when tested before being installed in a trailer. Follow basic wiring instructions with positive and negative wires clearly marked. Worked very well for my purposes of pumping air through a trailer daily for a month until it failed completely. Tested with another battery. Waiting for vendor fix.

Used in the overhead shower/shower on a yacht, this blower provides excellent airflow, albeit a bit noisy. The noise level, as in this case, can be useful for those who use the boat's bow at close range. ;-) However, it started squeaking like a stuck pig just 1.5 years after installation. Fan received faster than expected. Installation was easy. It was installed where my old worn out fan was installed. I decided to just let it run for about half an hour to see how warm it would be after heavy use. The motor housing stayed cool and the ampere load of the devices remained stable. My application for this is the bilge blower of an 18ft I/O boat.

Simple design, easy installation. Doesn't move air worth beans. I went to the trouble of installing in the perfect spot, hooked up all the vent pipes (less than 4 feet total and only connected an elbow or two to the switch, turned on, not too loud....held my hand over the outlet, and thought maybe i put it in the wrong way around and thats the inlet so i cant feel anything, checked the other end, disconnected the hoses, there is barely any air coming out...over the outlet port to make sure it…
