That's not teflon tape.

The product requires a little more attention than Teflon tape. It's more of a rubber band. After learning how to wrap it, it seems to work fine. I mean it doesn't stick to itself like teflon tapes.

Pros
  • Thread Sealant
Cons
  • Price Crazy Piggy Bank

Overpriced

I pumped 86 gallons of gas off a boat. It worked and there were no leaks from the pipe and hose connections. overpriced. I can get what I think is the best tape that lists gasoline as one of its uses, and it's about $2.60 at a store where the tape I'm writing about is over $6. Should be more competitive.

Pros
  • Industrial sealant
Cons
  • High price

I use this stuff to make sure I never have leaks in my gas line fittings for the bus conversion (and never have until now, even with all the bumps while driving) but I use this one Stuff also as a solution to connection leaks for both of my mini split systems I have installed on my bus. I know they'll get hit hard while I'm driving. The blocks themselves hold up like they would in a typical home, but the connections can leak at the slightest vibration or movement. This fixed the 100% I tested…

Pros
  • Adhesives, Sealants and Lubricants
Cons
  • Slightly dented
