After having my previous oil pump fail, I was apprehensive about trying another one. But i am glad I gave this one a chance! The automotive oil pump provides the necessary oil pressure for my engine and has significantly improved its performance .After putting it to the test, I have noticed a smoother engine operation and better fuel efficiency. The only downside is that it was a bit challenging to install but overall, a great purchase!

I installed this pump on a fresh engine rebuild. The engine was at 65psi when I first started it. When I finished retracting the cam, it was only holding 35psi. After about an hour of work, almost nothing worked at idle. It was enough to stop the knocking, but not enough to move the needle on the gauge. I removed the motor and removed the pump.
