A real steal for a budget wet suit. but read about sizing.

This wetsuit is very well made, with quality flat stitching, a durable and seam-taped zipper, and nice rubber reinforcement in areas of high stress. I am 6'2", 195 lbs. I have a 34" waist and a 42" chest, and am fairly trim and muscular. I ordered the XL to ensure that it would be tall enough for me. I have a very long torso, so it is a little snug in the groin and neck area, but not so much to be uncomfortable or to limit flexibility. It is plenty long in the arm length and leg length for…

Pros

Cons
  • It's too tight in some areas

Bigger girl here awesome product

From wife: Great better than expected, so I tried looking at a size similar to mine but I guess there aren’t very many of us willing to put our not so flattering measurements. Ok 1 this is my husbands account so don’t mind that.2. I’m 5’2” and weigh 174 I’m 3 months postpartum but I’d like to tell you that it’s the baby weight but nahhhh I was 180 before I got knocked up. I’d like to lose even more weight so working out in the pool even when cold is a plus3. We live I Southern California and we

Once on its a decent fit

5’ 117lbs 34-27-36. I ordered a size 5.Once I got it on and positioned, it was a decent fit. I wouldn’t say it’s perfect, but with most wetsuits, it needs to break in a little bit. I have slightly broader shoulders so it was more snug than I might like. And initially, I had to really wriggle the suit around my hips and butt because the zipper only goes down to the lower back.Aside from wishing the zipper were longer, once the suit was on, it was a decent fit. The knee grips sat in the right…

Great fit & function; Superior value

I ordered the 3XL size. I'm 6'4", 220 lbs, 45" chest, 35" sleeves and 35" inseam. I bought three other makes to get the best fit and this one was the best It's comfortable in the chest and perfect length in the arms and legs. The stretch material makes it easy to get on and off. The other wetsuits had shortcomings: too tight in the chest, short in the sleeves or legs and loose or tight in the sleeves.I used this in the Florida Keys where the water temp was 72-80 deg F and was…

Cons
  • It's too bulky to pack

Pretty nice for the price

I read a ton of reviews before purchasing this. I could not figure out which size to get. I am 5’2” tall, I am now 163 pounds (Darned holidays!) I cannot believe I am going to post pictures of myself in an outfit that shows everything that we women try to hide, but I do it for the sisterhood! I ordered the women’s size 11. It IS tight around the ankles and wrists, but it is supposed to be. I am so short that it does "bunch” in a few places, but once I adjusted things it was fine. I wore this…

Pros

Cons
  • The zippers are hard to navigate

writing titles is the hardest part of a review

I am 6'0" and an athletic 210 pounds, meaning I have a developed upper body, but also a little more around the waist than I would like. I wear an XL for shirts and L for shorts. I ordered an XL, and it was so tight, breathing was an effort. I returned it ($10 out of my own pocket), and ordered an XXL, which fits okay.I got it for swimming outdoors in the winter, and there is no issue concerning the movement of the arms, which was a problem with the XL, as it was just too restrictive.I took…

Great Value for sport divers

This will have little more buoyancy than your more expensive wetsuits, but for the occasional sport diver you can't go wrong. I followed other feedback regarding size; therefore, ordered one size larger and it fit like a glove and worked great. I found the buoyancy a little more than my prior body glove wetsuit, but wasn't in the market to spend $300.Regarding quality, this is well made and after 18 dives shows no signs of use. I suspect it will last about 10 years without issue until the…

Nice Wetsuit For The Price , But.

I bought the WOMENS SIZE 15.to start. I'm not all that tall (5'8"), but weight was a concern (185- with a bit of a "tire" and 40C). It could be long, but I needed to be able to zip it up! It was just WAY too long. First and foremost, look at the height. If the height isn't appropriate, the rest isn't going to fit right. That's the bottom line. Only go an inch below or above your height.So.I returned it and got the SIZE 13. Much better. Still just a tad lengthy for me, but if I went…

Definitly worth the price

I purchased this suit for the deep dives I was going to do on a trip in about 80 degree water. I get cold easily, but this kept me warm at 80ft. I'm 5'5" and 150lbs and the size 7 fit snuggly. It was a little tighter than I would prefer, but I was pretty sure the 8 would be too big and, even fitting snug, I didn't notice the neck being overly constricting like so many other suits I've tried. I was extremely impressed with the quality in that, despite how and where I tugged on it, my…

Pros

Cons

Solid value so far.

Over all good value wetsuit. I'm 6'5" and around 235lb. I'm well into middle age so I've got about 15lbs too many around the mid section. Bought the 4xl and it fits well. I'm a little long between shoulders and crotch so most wetsuits fit tight producing a "wedgie" effect. This one is no exception but it is tolerable, unlike some I've had in the past. I'm a 25 yr veteran surfer who recently got back into it after 7 years of living in the mountains. This wetsuit seems as warm and…

Pros
  • Comes in a wide range of sizes, ensuring a perfect fit for all
Cons
  • It's too baggy

Held up very well for 14 dives in a week in Roatan!

I am 5”3.5, 127 lbs, and carry more of my weight in my hips and thighs and a size 5 was perfect. For the price it is excellent. Great quality and held up very well for a full week of diving doing 2 dives a day. I really like the knee and elbow pads for diving. What’s also useful is it’s not just a plain black suit so I was very easy to spot while diving. Highly recommend!

Pros
  • ‎5 x 5 x 0.7 inches
Cons
  • The seams irritate the skin

Great for the price

I loved this wetsuit. I live in California where the water is pretty cold all year round. You'd need to get something different (like a 4/3) for winter, but for the rest of the year this is great. I was looking for a suit that was Not just plain black and this one is super cute. 4 stars on stretch and comfort each cause, let's face it, it's a wetsuit. None of them are Super stretchy or Super comfortable, but for being a wetsuit, it's awesome. One thing, after a season of wearing it, I managed…

Pros
  • Made from high-quality 3mm neoprene material
Cons
  • It restricts movement

So happy with this purchase

Agree with other buyers! this is a winner! So happy with this purchase.I am 5'2" and 116lbs fits perfectly. Although this will fit also a taller woman with the same proportion: i.e I have some slack in the sleeves and in the pants' part as far as the length.Cannot wait to use it. Husband said that it looks good too.Of note, this is my second wetsuit and truly superior to previous one that I had (also a 3 mm wetsuit). 3 mm I have found is very suited for me for swimming in winter time or…

Pros
  • Provides UV protection from the sun’s harmful rays
Cons
  • It's not suitable for snorkeling

Wore this wetsuit up in cold waters of Maine. I have medical conditions that keep my body very cold so needed extra warmth to be in water with my kids. This inexpensive suit surprised me. It really did keep me warm. I had expected I would have needed a 5mm easily and a top of the line suit but this one actually fit extremely well (surprisingly nothing ever fits me well on both top and bottom at same time) and sealed at wrists and ankles well. I am normally a size 6 in clothes a borderline tall…

Pros
  • Easy to wear and remove thanks to a full-length front zipper
Cons
  • It doesn't offer enough buoyancy

So beautiful and functional

I have ordered this wetsuit in the past in the hopes that a 7 would fit me, too tight on the hips and too snug on the underarms. Then, I ordered a 9 and it was too big. This wetsuit is really beautiful and elegant. if it came in a size 8, I would buy it immediately but unfortunately seavenger does not make a size 8. I really really love this wetsuit. I am 5'7" and 120 lbs. Please make a size 8!

Pros
  • ‎unisex-adult
Cons
  • It doesn't offer enough protection against the sun

Attractive and comfortable

This suit fits me very well. I am 5’4” 120lbsI was unsure I would get my hips into this suit (36”) as the opening does not look very big but It was no problem at all. Lots of seams and pieces make the comfort of this suit great. Seams look high quality and the wrist and ankles have an extra rubber inner edge which makes them fit better. Love this suit. Would recommend to anyone.

Pros
  • Wetsuits
Cons
  • It doesn't dry quickly

I do recommend going a size up or the larger if you .

I just received this today and tried it on. I do recommend going a size up or the larger if you are between sizes, as I did and it fits perfect. I am 5'6", 148 lbs, 38/30/38. The size 9 fits perfect, if I had gone smaller I don't think I would be able to get into the suit. The length is good and goes all the way down both arms and legs. There's a small amount of give in the limbs to allow movement, but the cuffs of the suit are snug to avoid any water entry which is cool, because I did not…

Pros
  • Provides a comfortable and cozy feel underneath other gear
Cons
  • It doesn't provide enough insulation

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Easier to put on than two other wet suits.

I'm going to start with 5 stars, and we'll see if it will stay that way. I just tried on a size 15. I'm 5'3.5" tall, and generally wear a 16 (sometimes a 14-16); I have a DD bust, ample hips and bottom, thick shoulders and arms, and my tummy is not quite flat (yet). It did take a bit of work to get it over my hips, but it worked out. I've read comments on various wet suit brands, and it seems like one complaint is getting your arms all the way in, as the cuffs tend to be very tight. Well, on…

Pros
  • Allows for full range of motion for any water-based activity
Cons
  • It's not suitable for swimming

Sizes and measurements as listed 2 plus sizes small.

for the money quality seemed pretty good. I contacted the company concerning what size I should order,. I am a big man and they recommended 6xl. A 6 xl in a mainstream brand fitts me well. I like the nepoprene stretch much better in the mainstream suit I ended up with, but would have stayed with this suit if it wouold have fit because of the overall quality and price. I gave three size for comfort only because of sizing issues.

Pros
  • Sports
Cons
  • The sleeves are too loose

Good suit for the money

This is a great suit! Within an hour of getting it in the mail (which came sooner than expected!) I was already in the ocean so eager to try it out. It kept me warm for the whole hour I was in the water everything was great about the suit EXCEPT the fact that the arm and leg holes are a little too big so the water flooded the suit faster. Other than that the suit has a good range of flexibility, I'm using it for surf. I'm 18y/o and 5'7 165 lbs and thought about the 13 but I'm glad I got the…

Pros
  • Snug fit minimizes water flow and enhances performance
Cons
  • It's not suitable for surfing
