Very good system for the money

Excellent technical support from Alice. It was very easy to install. The view is excellent. Motion detection is excellent

Excellent video quality

The system was the second (first time from a different brand) system that I have purchased. The first didn't even last two weeks. This one is much better, but costs a little more. Easy setup and perfect pairing with my phone. We like it very much.

Customer service was excellent!

I bought the system about a year ago and have had very good luck with it so far. Alice from customer service was great! Very knowledgeable, friendly and sincere. Thank you J Becker. I will also add cameras to my wireless system as they become available.

Excellent product and support

I am completely satisfied with the product and the support. The camera pixels are very sharp and the night vision is very good and flawless. The support team is very fast and always helpful. Alice is the best support. I have no hesitation in recommending this product and Alice's support.

Cheap Chinese junk works best for CCTV kits

Cheap Chinese junk. The displays of all 4 cameras have different colors, tints and contrasts by default and need to be adjusted manually to at least look the same. NOT 1080p. 1280x1024 maximum resolution. Use a 16x9 monitor and you'll get jagged edges and pixelation in the distance. 1920 x 1080 from the NVR would be a suitable setting for Full HD as they tout, but these cameras and NVRs can't come close to that. Dissatisfied!
