The ease of use is one thing I like about this software! It's very user friendly with no need or learning curve required from me as an administrator at my workplace (it does all that work!). There are some things you can do in other programs but not here so it would be nice if they added more features which was something we were looking into purchasing anyway before finding out there wasn't anything else available similar enough yet anyways. I like that when you scan something in it will show up as an attachment so if someone was going through my email they would not be able to see anything without me knowing about them doing this - which is good since i do have sensitive info stored online! This software has made managing our emails more efficient & easier than having everything saved into one place (which means we are all working off of different versions)!
