I really liked the sock itself. They saved my feet from scratching on the uneven bottom of the pool. My only complaint is that I've only had them for a month and a foot is starting to tear at the seam near the front of the sock. It would be great if there was a bit of reinforcement, otherwise the rubber rolls into that part a bit. It's too late to return them, so I'll keep wearing them until they don't break anymore.

These things are skinny! Actually only suitable for water parks with paved surfaces without rocks or bumps. I tried using them on a river with a sandy flat rock bottom. We have purchased several different colors and sizes, all from the same brand. While the soles have held up well and appear to be of good quality, the upper was not. After only one use where there were holes in the toes. My sons toes were dangling after a few hours. The other blacks were mine and by the end of the day the holes started from the same spot. All returned for a refund. I would not recommend them. I wish the quality was better as we were hoping to have them at least all summer.

I bought 3 pairs of these shoes for my husband sister and me. I cut my foot on a rock in the water before buying them and it was awful! These shoes are amazing. Water goes through them but the soles are strong so there are no problems with my soles. Unlike other shoes we've tried in the past, there isn't much dirt in the shoes after being in the water. My wife and I wore these water shoes on our honeymoon in Jamaica and we are very happy with them. Perfect for the beach, comfortable and lightweight, like wearing a sock but with a durable sole that supports and protects your feet. We used them to climb a waterfall and they offered good traction too. I ordered 4.2 adult and 2 child sizes for a trip to the water park. They are very comfortable and have great support, but the downside is that after only about 4 hours of "playing" at the water park, we both had a hole in the upper of our shoes and my sons material was falling off. in front of both toes. These water shoes are very flexible and breathable, just what I needed for a trip to the Caribbean. They look good and the stitching seems solid. The rubber outsole is definitely non-slip. The insoles stay in place. My only complaint is that they are too big. I tried them on as soon as I received them. The soles are about an inch longer.
