Great quality and unbeatable price

Unbeatable price and fantastic quality. Much cheaper than those available in the Hollowes and Home Depot stores and superior in quality to commercially available ones. Very happy with the purchase and will probably switch the whole house to it.

Calling terminal connections

Replaces an existing GFCI socket that has failed. To be honest, I'm new to this. The old outlet required you to wrap the wires around the terminals before tightening them. This is the "wrong" approach to using this outlet. Instead, you need to insert the wires into small holes and secure them by tightening the terminal screws. AVOID fully removing the terminal screws; It's almost impossible to put them back in and tighten them up. The instructions could be better for a newbie like me. The…

Poor quality, defective product

I tried to install the first (of 10 boxes) GFCI but problems started immediately. The neutral screw was missing from the terminal block and when I tried to install my own screw I couldn't get it into the nut - the nut floated freely in its housing and refused to mate with the screw. The ground screw was then twisted (or otherwise stuck) and I could not loosen or tighten it without breaking the screw. All this on the FIRST of 10 points? No thanks, I have better ways to waste my time, I return…
