You never know

I bought 2 of these lamps. I'm a computer scientist and I know what I'm doing. I also have 7 LIFX lightbulbs in my house. Sengled lights randomly disconnect and reconnect to my home wifi. My router is literally 5 feet from the lightbulbs and all my other devices are working fine. You just never know if they're going to answer or not. If they answer, they're great. The colors are juicy and while not the brightest, they are still bright enough. But having a lightbulb that makes you wonder if it…

Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are good for LED bulbs

I tried the Senled Bluetooth bulb and this Senled WiFi bulb with Alexa. WiFi lamps are much cheaper. Both ultimately work well and seamlessly with Alexa, at least in my simple light bulb setup in rooms with nearby Echo and strong Wi-Fi. The Bluetooth lamp is easy to set up. Screw it in, tell Alexa to discover new devices, and bam, you're done. Works pretty well! on lightbulbs

this is unethical and Amazon should not allow this practice. Figuring out which smart bulbs to buy is a big decision because you're likely to stick with them/brand for a long time! So I did some research on what I thought was the best/cheapest brand and decided sengled was "good enough". I chose the wireless option without a hub, so everything is connected directly to my router. I currently have 10 lamps connected to my router. I sold my lights on sale for 20.99.
