Good pigment density, transparency and oily texture.

I love this dark pumpkin colour. I am a professional artist and bought this paint for my oil and cold wax work. This is a beautiful translucent color with good pigment density and an oily texture. I would buy this again.

Pros
  • 40 ml
Cons
  • No capacity

makes it easier to look softer

without having to change the white to a less light tone, using unbleached color gets the right color for the white we see everywhere, that lacquer color is softer and more natural than the radiant white that is otherwise so important. I keep both colors ready depending on the effect I want to have

Pros
  • Made from pure virgin safflower oil
Cons
  • I don't remember

cinnabar light?

What I received from Sennelier cannot be the same color as the Old Holland Cinnabar Green Light. Sennelier should call this color deep cinnabar green or blackened cinnabar. My almost expired tube of Old Holland Cinnabar Green Light came in very handy in landscape painting. Mixed with green sap, it blends beautifully with the local colors of the light reflecting off the trees' leaves. Senellier is VERY dark, darker than green umber. I can use it for other green blends so I'll leave it on but I…

Pros
  • High quality traditional and modern pigments
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
