    The best filter protection!

    Probably the nicest and best made stainless steel filter guard I've ever owned. I have a hobby for over 10 years. Let it be plant breeding and shrimp farming. It will definitely work!

    16mm Fits Fluval 406

    After slightly sanding the end of the Fluval 406 suction tube it fits perfectly. Much better than steel mesh type. I would definitely buy this again. It also has a super professional look. I don't understand how the shrimp could get past him. Didn't bother the process at all.

    Product different from website

    Definitely not the same product as described on the website. I needed a 16mm intake to fit the intake but the plastic fitting was much smaller making it unusable. In addition, the bottom of the mesh fence was not mesh at all, but a round piece of metal with no holes for water passage. Maybe I just got the wrong product, but be careful.

    Good idea, bad execution.

    Made from a perforated stainless steel sheet in the shape of a cylinder. The holes are small enough to prevent newborn shrimp and juvenile fish from being sucked into the pump head. However, the end caps and cylinder body are spot welded, and the welds are too few and not very effective. Just the installation today has caused the open end to be broken.
