Very helpful product and great services provided

It's user friendly with good customer support team who are always ready for any queries. The software gives us real time alerts when there is anything new or suspicious activity happening around our network perimeter/infrastructure which makes it quite useful tool as compared to others. Nothing much I dislike about this security solution however i do not use all features offered by them but if you need just one such feature then they have got your back at least partially. We had few issues…

  • Its easy interface, well organized product portfolio & great helpdesk staff
  • No complaints really :)
Cons
  • Not very effective against zero day attacks.
  • Some advanced functions still requires manual intervention

User friendly file management & protection tool

The best part about this software was its user interface which made it very easy for me as an IT administrator with no technical background at all to use. It's also pretty good when you have multiple users who need access to sensitive data or files within your network. There are times where I needed assistance from my colleague but he wasn't always available so sometimes we had issues getting our work done efficiently. We've been using this program since last year now and haven't encountered…
