🚴 Optimized Serfas Dual Density Men's Bike Saddle with Cutout Review

I regularly drive 4.5 miles one way. No problems with this saddle in over 2 years of use. Also works well for my occasional long trips. I think I abused it a bit. Right after I wrote my first review, the rail just behind the seat post broke. To be fair, the saddle was in the rearmost position, I'm heavier than the average cyclist, and I've regularly ridden a bike with a 20-pound load on the rack a few steps, spending two years tackling the saddle and held on to the handlebars.

I was visiting a friend and he left and told me to ride his bike until he came back. I haven't ridden much in a few years, but I did go to the park. After 11 miles I came back and when he came back I asked him where he got this place from. 5 minutes later I ordered one for my bike. I have had no complaints with this seat and have ridden my bike for several miles. This is the 4th place I've had on it and probably the last. Discomfort is one of the reasons I haven't ridden much before.

I spent hours looking at all the seats and reading all the comments and finally settled on this one even though I was still hesitant. I'm very happy with it, it's very comfortable, tried it on the trails and it was good, my ass thanked me. I think this is a fantastic bike saddle. I ride my bike for fun, exercise and just to get outside to enjoy a beautiful day and the views of nature. On a free day I usually ride 20 km. Bike saddles are one of the hardest things to get right. Every "sit bone" is different. After 4 different saddles on my Cannondale trail bike I finally found the right one. The OEM saddle was a joke. Who needs a saddle that hurts? I tried Selle Italia. Tried VTB. The seat that came with my $12,000 S-Works Levo *looked* like a saddle but felt like a granite sculpture!
