🥤 Serveware WPB2BS Brushed Pitcher with Ice Guard, Bell Shape, 2 Liters Review

I use it to brew tea. Because it's stainless steel, it doesn't shatter like glass when I add boiling water. It does a great job. I also use it for water.

Happy with purchase but ice guard makes cleaning difficult as I brew tea in a pot. I cut the ice guard so I can hang 5 tea bags (a small clip will do).

Excellent container on the table, everyone is happy. As with other stainless steel beverage containers, it's not always easy to clean the inside, thankfully it's stainless steel and slightly nicer than other metal or glass.

I like it so much that I bought a second one. Not a drop, big, powerful and beautiful! There were comments from family members admiring its quality, beauty and durability. This will take forever!

We purchased this item to use filtered water while filtering more water. Unfortunately, we noticed that the water had a foul odor after being stored in this "stainless steel" pitcher. Unlike any stainless steel container we've ever used before. We had no problem storing water in another container. Some impurities contained in the manufacturing process are suspected. We don't use the jug anymore. Very disappointed.

The jug came with a hole in the side which water immediately poured out of as soon as it was poured. The box it arrived in was undamaged so this is not due to an unusual shipping accident and is unlikely to be due to rough handling by Revain or couriers. You can't kick a box so it comes out unscathed, but a hole has been made in a piece of stainless steel. It was clearly a manufacturing error. This gives me no confidence in the quality of the manufacturer of this product.

Good product but beware of sharp edges. Check both sides of each edge and welds for cut edges (some edges had a very fine metal burr on one part). My sample had razor sharp edges on the inside edge of the ice dam and in the dam/vessel weld area. It would have cut my hand/wrist the first time I washed it. I managed to smooth out these edges using fine sandpaper and a miniature file. It's fine now, but I'd happily pay more for a better end product.
