Arrived damaged although the box was fine.
The pitcher had a hole in the side which allowed water to flow out once it was poured. The box it arrived in was undamaged so it wasn't an uncommon accident during transit and probably due to rough handling by Revain or the couriers. You can't kick a box so it comes out unscathed, but a hole has been made in a piece of stainless steel. It was clearly a manufacturing error. This gives me no confidence in the quality of the manufacturer of this product.
