I have bought many of these haversack clips. I put them in my Christmas stockings. And even embellished WRAPPED bags with ribbons or colorful yarn, using three bag clips INSTEAD of tying bows. I've even considered carving a few into the tree for decoration. Everyone I've sent these clips to has told me they love them. No more complicated cable ties on bread bags! ! !

The hole on them is small which limits their use. The part where you insert the bag is 0.3" and the center of the hole is 0.48". It works very well for thin and flexible plastic (like regular grocery store bread) but is too small for thicker and more rigid plastic. If you plan on using them with items in thin pouches, great. Just understand the limitations and you will be happy.

My daughter brought these to share with Thanksgiving supplies she had provided. I don't think I would have noticed them myself or thought I needed another device. I bought these because I used to buy another brand of bread clips and found them very useful. I bought this brand in a set of 12. Unfortunately about 6 of these bread clips have a very poor internal mechanism which is not smooth and makes an awkward click when the end is pushed to open. I loved this product. I ordered too many and all I got was one size, I didn't get a variety. I would because they don't fit regular household bags; a bag for chips, a bag for bread, they fit in light plastic bags, but why should I close them?
