These plates remind me of what they use in hospitals, schools and probably jails. I would not consider them bariatric unless you choose to measure the portions. The compartments are regular sized. They are made from plastic. The green is a light mint shade, appropriately institutional. They are sturdy. They are great at keeping things from running into each other. They stack nicely.

These plates are perfect for my picky eater who doesn’t like for her food to touch. Lol. They’re heavy duty plastic makes them great in the microwave and in the dishwasher. They didn’t bubble up or the anything after being in the microwave. They’re almost like the cafeteria trays at school and y’all know those things were pretty durable. I love them

my dad has some health issues, so i grabbed these for him as recommended by his doctor. he has done a great job lately of eating better and getting his blood sugar levels down. this will help him continue to eat the right amount and take away some guessing about how much to eat. his doctors wanted him to use this as a constant reminder of how much he is eating on his plates. my mom was very happy i brought these over to help my dad.

These THICK plastic plates are great for kids too. My 9 year is a bit clumsy with my glass plates and these are great for self serving and independence. Quality is great ans well made for the price

Portion ControlThese plates work very well and are a good size for adults who are trying to exercise portion control. I find they really do help and the compartments also motivate you to get more diversity in your diet. When filling the plate I try to use vegetables or low sugar fruits in the two smaller compartments. Everything about these plates make me happy. I love the color, the size, the durability, and the portions. They're very good quality and I believe they will really help my husband and I with portion control. They are dishwasher safe (I only tested on the top rack)!If you are looking for unbelievably good quality portioned plates, get these!

I got these plates because I have family members that visit and don't like their food to touch,they are attractive in comparison to some of these kinds of plates these are more asthetically pleasing to me and even though they are plastic they feel good in the hand . They come individually wrapped and I'm not sure if they are microwave or dishwasher safe they also have a tag on each plate that I will have to soak off. They are nice and if they meet your needs then I recommend 🙂

These plates are exactly as pictured and described. Arrived quickly. Sturdy and well made. Dishwasher and microwave safe. Good overall size & perfect portion sizes. They stack together for easy storage in cabinets. Love the color! There is a sticker on the bottom of each plate that is a little hard to get off.

As a result of using this product, I found that the portions were still too large despite the divided compartments. The dark green plastic color also made the food look unappetizing.
