Manifolds are failing

I bought the kit 3 months ago, just fitted it to my newly built 383 without even having driven the engine 500 miles and the weld on the number 5 exhaust port broke and caused an exhaust leak.

Pros
  • Manifolds and parts
Cons
  • Modern

Manifolds won't hold

Bought a set 3 months ago, just put them on my freshly built 383 stroker, haven't driven 500 miles on the engine but the exhaust port was welded , Number 5 is broken causing an exhaust leak.

Pros
  • Unsurpassed fit and easy to fit with basic knowledge
Cons
  • No power

Great budget headings.

Solid manifolds. They are only drawn, so be aware. After the paint has burned off, I coat it with heat resistant paint and wrap it. Used the air inlet as a pyrometer and welded the second inlet as I don't need an air inlet for my application. I had a pair of these on another truck for over 10 years and they were great.

Pros
  • Gaskets included
Cons
  • Safety
