I don't think our teeth have ever been so clean. It didn't come with instructions, but I found it online. Be sure to remove the bark before chewing on the inner wood grain to make the brush's "bristles". Each time we cut off the part we used with scissors down to bark level to keep it fresh. Also remember to soak the nozzle you will be using for cleaning before and after removing the outer layer of bark. Research shows that it actually increases the good bacteria in your mouth.

I saw these in East Africa. The teeth in these areas are very white and I wondered how this was possible without the use of "a modern toothbrush, toothpaste, dental floss, a dentist and fluoridated water". So I got to see her. Well they work great. In fact, the spots I had are gone now. My teeth actually look cleaner, more polished. I still floss weekly but it can get between my teeth. You can use anywhere. Yes I like her. And now I understand why modern consumer dentistry is not needed.

To be honest I think I pre-sifted wild olives (tastes like sunflower seed shells). They are very "rubber" and compared to other products it feels like thick horse hair compared to the soft hair of other guys I've tried. I didn't notice any taste at all. I think that's a plus for some. But the point is, you really want a "bitter" taste because it has the oils it needs to work properly, bitter = no sugar/bacteria killing. First I wanted to use all 10 I got before writing a review. I've since forgotten about them as I've tried several other brands. Flavor is definitely an acquired taste.
