I was amazed by such a wide range of thread colors. We sewers are finding it increasingly difficult to find materials. great presentation, but the thread is only good for quick hand sewing. The thread breaks and tries to wind the bobbin - a joke. Don't even try to use it in a car. I'll keep it because small orders are popping up where you just need the right color for a quick fix.

The quality of the yarn is sufficient for machine use in home sewing. The thread isn't very thick or perfectly even, and if I was trying to get a quality or in-demand job, I'd look elsewhere. But it works well for machine sewing cotton masks and hemming thick polyester curtains, and it also stands up to machine washing, drying and daily wear. Super collection of cotton threads! The colors are wonderful. If you want a variety of colors in cotton yarn, this is a good buy! BUT the thread is wound on plastic tubes and packed in not one, not two, but *three* separate layers of plastic. All this plastic is almost impossible to recycle and eventually pollutes our planet.
