Fixed my waffle iron

My waffle iron broke and died. I googled the causes and found that it could be the thermal fuse. I took it apart and am sure that was the problem. I replaced it with a new one (now 4 extra) and I can make waffles again. I wish I could pocket the money my wife was willing to pay for a new one.

Ok but the 10A rating is too low for my application

I think they work fine but I bought them to fix a coffee maker and they still don't quite fit me. So far I've had three such strokes, but not from extreme temperatures. My coffee maker seems to have worn out after about a month. They are rated at 10A and my coffee maker draws around 8A. Even though the coffee maker draws a little less than 10A it still burns out over time. Yesterday, before I disposed of this and my old coffee machine, I installed two of them in parallel. I hope this splits the

The waffle iron is back in business.

My old Toastmaster Belgium was DOA. After disassembling, I found that the thermal fuse had no continuity. This order was a direct replacement and within minutes my waffle maker was cooking again. I have 75 pcs Baomain copper metal bare wire, cable crimp shoes, butt connectors (10-12 AWG (4.0-6.0mm2) / 14-16 AWG (1.5-2.5mm2) / 18-22 AWG (0.5-1.0mm2) used. each size 25 pieces to attach the thermal fuse to the wires.
