Pros: looks good, easy to install, great price. Very impressed with the shade and customer service. I ordered shades during these winter storms which caused some shipping delays but customer service was very prompt and helpful with updates. The installation instructions could have been a bit more detailed, but that's not rocket science. Very satisfied

Bought for my daughter's room. The first arrived broken and had to be sent back and replaced. I want it to come with the 3rd corset funeral, I'm a little concerned about that. It is best to assemble with two people. I was struggling to figure out what size to order as we really needed a size in between. It protects well from the sun and looks good.

The lampshade itself is good and blocks the light very well. The problem is the plastic ball chain. We've had it for 3 weeks now and during those 3 weeks of normal use (morning open, evening closed) some of the plastic balls on the pull chain started to break. It no longer closes properly. I had to buy a metal ball chain pulley to replace the cheap plastic pulley.

At first I was absolutely happy with my purchase, even 3 weeks after the cable started snapping I contacted the seller and he had to send me a replacement a month later when i call them back and they said they lost my replacement and will never contact me again. My blackout has completely failed and there is no way to open it. Don't spend money like me. I'll post photos later.

The blind works well, does not let light and heat into the room. The only issue I had was that one of the boxes had no hardware (no bracket or screws). The screw head is too small or the holes in the bracket are too big. Good thing Lowes is around and has working screws. Update: The little plastic balls on the cables break...we'll see if they roll over time / Lowering the curtains makes a difference

They do exactly what they say and are actually very easy to install. The reason I'm removing a star is because the instructions are so terrible they turn an otherwise quick and easy installation into a bit of a pain. I had two of these and they actually came with slightly different hardware. One had different sized screws but no instructions on which screws to use. After a long time trying to decipher the confusing broken English instructions, I figured out how to install the C-brackets for the internal mount after watching a few YouTube videos. I am very happy with the screens themselves and assembly was easy but the assembly instructions need to be rewritten. First, they are wrong in the terminology. They call L brackets and C brackets L brackets and C brackets. That's easy to understand. However, they refer to screw anchors as dowels. This can easily confuse people. Second, there are 2 screws per bracket set, not one per bracket set. You need 2 screws to make each bracket stable. Although the incorrect number of screws is specified…
