Item broke too easily. The support team wanted to sell me a new head for 100 but then offered half a discount. I have used the item twice. I purposely bought a new one instead of a refurbished one to have a warranty and it was useless! Thanks for nothing. I will never buy a product with sharks again!

Ideal for tiles. I wanted Tim the Toolman's version of Swiffer. That's all, and it's great for carpets too. The only negative is that it blows in the face. This is ensured by a series of small holes in the base shell. Don't overdo the holes. Remove this tray first and you'll see that it fixes the kickback but also blows dust out of the way you're trying to vacuum.

I bought it a few weeks ago. After it arrived my wife wanted to use it and we found that the clear plastic piece was broken. It came from the end of the brush body. I've had this vacuum for a few weeks now and I love it! I live in a small three bedroom house with three adults, two dogs and four cats.
