Description of Sharpener Sharpening Household Professional Preparation

1.Simply place the gadget on a flat work surface and hold the grip handle with one hand and the knife handle with the other. 2.Insert the knife blade fully into the slot at a 90-degree angle to the sharpener and pull down and back three or four times to sharpen. 3.After setting the knife's edge with the coarse side, use the unit's ceramic rod to nicely finish the edge. 4.The ceramic slot can be used to hone a ceramic knife to hairsplitting sharpness. 5.Clean the knife with the water or wiper and dry after use; clean the knife sharpener with non-abrasive brush.

Sharpens Like a Pro

This knife sharpener is perfect for any Home and Kitchen. According to my experience, it DOES an outstanding job and is very easy to use. It sharpened all my dull knives with ease, making quick work of them. The compact size makes for easy storage. My only concern was that it took a bit of time to figure out how to lock the knife into place but after that, the sharpening process was flawless .Overall, a great addition to any kitchen..

Pros
  • Efficiently sharpens household and professional tools.
Cons
  • May damage the blades if not used properly.

Too Much Work - Cutlery & Knife Accessories

It says wipe the knife 3-5 times. It didn't sharpen. I had to run it 10-15 times to get a bit of sharpness. The hand got tired after doing it with 6 knives.

Pros
  • Kitchen & Dining
Cons
  • It's OK
