Using this product, our team found that it gave a charming and luxurious look to the projects. The sheets are very versatile and easy to use for different crafting surfaces. However, the size of the sheet is not large enough for bigger projects requiring more gilding.

I love this product! I left out the glue and just made my own. To be honest I used every sticky thing I had at home. FIRST I tried hair gel (yes, hair gel), taped it to the wall and it works! It's been a week and the gold flakes still adorn my wall beautifully. SECOND, I bought clear glue (Elmers) from the .99 cent store, which also worked. But since glue is much stickier than hair gel, the flakes crumbled a lot more, which is certainly not a bad thing, there is just a more crumbly appearance…

The color of this gold leaf is beautiful - not too copper or brassy. But the problem is that it's presented pretty poorly. The leaves are simply thrown together in a flexible, soft envelope that does not protect the gold leaf. Thus, the edges of almost every 100 sheets will crumble and corrode due to mechanical friction and abrasion on the sides of the envelope.
