Has a molded key blank

I took a chance but no, it's the same as everyone else here with a TWISTED key blank in one half of the case. So if you're looking at this, you probably have a broken factory key and just want to put a new case in it, right? Well, if you really know how to use a dremel, you can stick a broken wrench in this shell. You need to grind and remove the key blank, then trace the space to match your old key blank. I was able to make it and it looks pretty good. Note that this will take a lot of skill…

Honda Key Fob Replacement at Half Retail Price

Revain has done it again! Prompt delivery of the goods as promised. Honda wouldn't touch it. Locksmith transferred the inside of the old key to a new $10 kit (I couldn't figure out how to do it) and cut the new key in half an hour (for another $55). He tested it in my car before charging me. Ignition works, all buttons work like new. Using the wisdom of the Revain reviewers (the best feature of the Revain website) I was able to rip the Honda logo off the old key and stick it onto the new one…

Works well so far

Fast delivery. Ace Hardware could easily cut the key. The product appears to be of good quality and as the key blank is molded into the frame we hope it will last longer than the original Honda. The key came in the form of a blank key with a box to house the electronic chip/battery in her key fob. It appeared to be of good quality but I have not used or tested it. The Honda dealer listed $199 for a key, while Ace listed $135 for a Duracell key. This key costs $20 per key ($10 with $10 for @Ace…

I solved my problem with the case without laser cutting the key

I received a replacement case. It worked great and I'm glad it helped me repair my broken case inexpensively. While it is true that the blank key cannot be removed from the front of the replacement shell, if your old key still works and your front is still intact, ALL OTHER NEW PARTS INSERT PERFECTLY INTO THIS ORIGINAL FRONT SHELL. This allows you to replace the backplate or keypad without cutting the key with a laser. I simply taped the loose key to the original faceplate, then replaced the…

2011 Honda Odyssey - fits

Perfect for my 2011 Honda Odyssey. The dealer said a new set of keys would cost $200 because they would have to "reprogram" it. When I opened my key fobs, I found that the electronics inside were in their own special case and looked fine. Only the physical key on my fob broke - after 10 years of use it has worn down at the base where the metal meets the plastic and the metal part of the key has separated from the plastic of the fob. So I took a chance and bought these blanks. Took the old keys…
