hard enough to feel like soft plastic lol

cons: definitely not soft rubber but hard enough to feel like soft plastic lol. Also, I rubbed it sideways on the tile to see if it left a mark and it did, but nowhere did the description say they were non-marking wheels. But obviously the wheels don't roll that sideways, so a poor test on my part. Take that with a grain of salt, but I'm sure it will darken the ground more than a few thousand times. Pros: Quiet and well oiled upon arrival. I just got it but I'll bet about Β£500 on it. and we'll…

Pros
  • price
Cons
  • little things

Very cheaply made. I bought four of these stool casters to be used by a 126 lb doctor. The rollers started losing bearings after 1 month of use. The doctor only comes to this practice twice a week for 5 hours each time and does not sit in a chair all the time. Do the math. The rollers broke after less than 40 hours of use. When I called the company they said there was nothing they could do. I do not recommend buying these reels nor do I recommend doing business with Shepherd Hardware.

Pros
  • Great fit for me
Cons
  • No instructions

Mixed Sizes On Order

Order for 4 rolls completed and delivered as promised. However, I received 5 rolls in the order. However, 2 videos were not as advertised. Both of those stems mentioned didn't have 3/8" stems, they had 5/6" stems, which are shorter than the original 3, which is fine. These 2 reels of 5/6" stems came in damaged packaging (clearly listed on Revain). which was clearly marked with 5/6" stems. Not very critical for use. 3/8" stem was preferred. I can return another 5/5" roll with a 5/16" stem.

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Large and Bulky
