ONE time of use and the mesh just came out the sides, split at the seams and cannot be repaired. One-time use and troubleshooting didn't meet the one-month return period, so it's basically a one-time use medium. I do NOT recommend.

My dog loves the bag - I love the design of the front entry. The problem is that the zipper came with a latch. I worked with it initially, but recently one of the zippers came completely open and now it won't close. This happened within 6 months of purchase so I didn't have much of it considering it was bought for $50.

This was the most expensive dog carrier I have ever seen and I expected it not only to be durable but to last MANY flights with my 13 pound Yorkie! Unfortunately, it didn't even last the FIRST HOUR of AA's 5-hour FLIGHT (July 14, 2021) from Phoenix, Arizona to Philadelphia, PA. I am returning the chewed and torn item for a full refund.

Fantastic quality. Great design. Fits under Jet Blue seats with a slight flat (no cat discomfort). I have a fairly large cat and he seemed quite comfortable at all times, not to mention enough room for his favorite blanket. The shoulder strap runs diagonally across the top of the bag and is great for carrying. It's a shame I didn't discover this bag much sooner.

The bag itself is great and my pup loves it. I am very happy with its quality. However, using the detachable harness seems dangerous for my dog - the last few times we've tried, she rolled over when I picked it up. This forces me to carry her in my arms to make sure she's safe, which is a bit uncomfortable for me. In general the bag is of excellent quality. The tape is the problem.

This carrier was designed for my 8 lb dog. It seemed less cumbersome to carry than the original Sherpa bag and is lighter.
