Suitable for MT-BR520 calipers, improved pads D01S.

If only Shimano would post a public compatibility chart on their website it would be a lot easier. Replace the pads on many brakes. They replaced the D01S pads in the MT-BR520 calipers.

Resin on Metal

I had metal pads on my Shimano XT 4-piston brakes. They gave me problems with feeling and inconsistency. I've decided to switch to polymer pads and bingo, everything seems solid again. I guess I just prefer resin over metal pads.

Would buy them again and again. I trust them 100%

I really love these breaks! They are super strong and durable! I also used these brake pads on my road bike! They rarely make any noise, which is something I'm picky about, and I'm glad they come with a new nib and pen. Sometimes I order other brands and they don't come up at all.

less noisy than metallic

The caliper came with metallic and they howled. Now it holds up well with organics but is still sensitive to noise. I've used dozens of these pads on xt 2-piston calipers (always good), but 4-piston brakes are a bit more sensitive to vibration and noise. I replaced the rotor with an ice tec 203 and it's noticeably better now.
