Shimano quality you can't go wrong with. I have noticed a difference in how my brake works after installation. Very easy to install, just remove the clip and unscrew the old ones. You just jump in place. I've been very careful to use them as they are not the ones I bought when I bought my bike. They fit perfectly and look very nice.

The fact that I needed new brake pads was a good way to be lazy for a month or two. In the end I decided I missed riding so I ordered them and installed them on my bike. They feel like they will stop the bike perfectly. I cleaned and oiled the bike and was ready to go tomorrow morning. Unfortunately I just walked into the living room and broke my finger on the couch. I'll look at them when my finger has healed.

The organic pads that came with my Dura Ace 9170 calipers made a terrible screeching after a ride on a wet road that no pad treatment or disc cleaning could stop. The brakes sounded like hitting a baby seal, I replaced the organic pads with these metal pads. Three very wet rides later and no noise. Highly recommended. The seller sent quickly and I had the pads much earlier than the stated time.
