Works and easy to install. The only issue for me was that I had it installed on a 20" kids bike and it was a little bigger than I would have liked but still worked great.

Fast delivery. Bought as a replacement for a kids bike. That's the exact part. I couldn't figure out how the original was distorted like he did. Now I know; this is not a well made product.

Allowed me to fix an old Puch ten gear we use on campus after the original switch got stuck in the chain. Easy setup and installation of stops. Used with old shifters, no problem.

about a week after return date, same as the switch. Shifting was poor and very rough from the start, even after fine-tuning. Eventually the plastic support frame fell apart. Poorly designed and built with inferior materials. Complete junk/garbage. Don't waste your money on this model. Salvaged another derailleur from a broken bike, works great. (yes, all solid metal construction.)

I don't often write reviews but found it necessary here. Bought this as a direct replacement for an OEM that broke on my son's bike. Pretty easy to install and seemed to work fine once I figured out how to set it up. When my son rode it for the first time, it broke like the original. Delivery was quick and the product was exactly what it was supposed to be. I will spend a little more money next time and buy a better quality product.

It's a shame Shimano chose a Chinese junk company to make these switches. Don't waste your time and money like me. Looking for them the part numbers will be changed to ensure they replace the original Shimano on 4 of my kids bikes. They fit and "replace" them, but they definitely won't last long. At least two weeks driving time for a 10- and 8-year-old child, and one of the small sprockets fell off ("bearing" fell out, a small pin fell out). I know the bikes they ride aren't very expensive.
