I've used this tool many times since it was first introduced and think it's great. It's lightweight, durable, smooth and firmly holds position. This is a good buy.

Attractive, well designed tilt sensor. Corner markings are missing and undeclared. This is for comparing angles, not measuring their numerical values. It would have been even better with lightened edges, but a bit of fine sandpaper made them pleasant to the touch.

I really like these units. I use this almost daily to install stair treads, flooring, window sills, etc. The only thing I know is that the blade folds on its own to protect it in your nail pockets. The locking screw can take some getting used to, but that doesn't really bother me.

So far this is looking good but I don't like that a lot of these products at Revain are made in China and you can't research a lot of them before you buy. This is a big turn off for future purchases if I can't tell where it came from.

I used this tool to quickly get corner brackets for custom shelves I made for a dressing room when renovating my bathroom. I was able to quickly take measurements, mark the board of the shelf and make the cut. The long length allowed me to account for the waviness of the drywall and see where the gaps might be. It's an essential tool that I didn't even know I needed!

The first one I got was poorly hand finished on the pinned end. The unit has not been sanded smooth from edge to edge as shown in the item listing. The end appears to have been hand finished with a belt sander, with a coarser finish than the rest of the body. It doesn't interfere with work, but they cut corners on the trim. This T-Bevel embodies Japanese craftsmanship. It is well made. There are no more highlights at the edges, but they look almost sharp because the edges are square and clean. It's sleek and simple, but has weight. Dropping the blade onto the scale under its own weight is like closing scissors or a katana sheath. The knurled brass handle holds without problems.
