🔍 Shop Vac 9010700 3-Pack Reusable Filters Review

I have a red/black 5 gallon Shop Vac that I use in the garage. The original packaging is part number 901-07 for replacement dry filters so I assumed that was it. As it turned out, it fits nicely on the foam sleeve, no problem. Still need to clean and see how long they last.

An absolute must when vacuuming small materials like sawdust etc. I gave 4 stars because the description doesn't say it includes a plastic ring that holds the filter to the vacuum cleaner. - I almost spent $9 on a ring but something told me to wait - I'm glad I did. It would be expensive without the ring, but it would be nice with it.

I have a wet and dry vacuum that my two children gave me for Christmas in 1992. After 24 years, the old filter was finally worn out. Imagine my surprise when I googled the part number in my 24 year old owner's manual and found that they still use the same filter on current models. Problem is since there are 3 in a pack I have to live to be 150 to use them.

I bought these to save money and never buy a filter again. It's been 3 years and they hold up well even to large wall and floor demolition projects. Still using the same filters. My 5 gallon vacuum's suction is good until the filters are exhausted. The problem is that they fill up faster than I expected. You can shake them out, but if you don't take the time to clean them with soap and water, they'll clog up even faster. If the filter is completely clogged it can actually fall off (not sure if…

Thing seems to work fine. I use them in a small (1.5 gallon) vacuum and they ensure that when I vacuum up the sawdust it stays in the vacuum rather than blowing straight out of the vacuum. I've tried using bags, but it's amazing how little sawdust it takes to fill the bags in these tiny vacuums. Using a filter seems to work, but it seems like it takes some suction, suction that I can't afford to lose. I think maybe my hopes of using a small shop vacuum to collect sawdust were overly optimistic.

This item is almost 2 weeks late. Finally received the filters today. Mounting rings should be included. There was none. I still had to use my shop vacuum, so currently my filter is sealed with some sort of duct tape, like some crazy tramp tampered with. I'm in a big kettle of fish.
