Backrest assembly was easier than expected. Watch the installation video and take your time. Sometimes I found the directions vague. Happy with this back would be again.

The back came on time. Probably the hardest part of the installation was cutting the foam, but after a little work it worked. I think this is a good buy and I recommend it.

Good quality, design and material sample match factory seats. Looks like it's factory finished. It was a bit difficult to get the vertical support through the seat. Next to. pretty easy to install. You can't beat the price!

Once you figured out all the equipment (screw instructions are small) the installation was pretty easy. The only real complaint I have is that the 3M adhesive on the protective cap wasn't sticky enough, but a little heat helped. Comfortable and looks great.

Soft metal. Curved by hand. Missing parts. The powder coating has filled some of the threaded holes. The support angle that goes through the seat is turned off. I had to disassemble, bend, reassemble. Generally . Unsatisfied. Very dissatisfied Not made in America, assembled in China in a spares box. Easy return. Nice hole in my chair

The quality of this product is very good - really excellent. I can't remember exactly how long it took to install, but it wasn't too difficult. The hardest part was cutting the foam and clearing a way to thread a metal brace through it and bolt it to another metal brace under the seat. I couldn't think of an easy way to clear the path of the cut styrofoam pieces, so I just moved a serrated bread knife back and forth until it was crispy enough to move the clamp.
