Heavy robbery in a nice package

Waste of money. It's like a powder. This substance is too powdery and fluffy for incense sticks (thin or regular) to stand upright to burn. I do not recommend. Go outside and scoop up heavier dirt or sand for free. I can't believe this is actually for sale. Wonderful.

  • Great price

He is holding incense. Much wow!

This product is the ash you use to store your incense sticks. Pros: It works! Cons: You don't get the pleasure of making your own White Ashes. It is very good! I use it in this incense holder, which is good because you can cover it with a lid after you're done so you don't disturb the ashes. ?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Great for burning incense

The amount of ash provided is perfect for one of the handmade bowls that Shoyeido sells. I'm surprised people think it's overpriced; It's a high-quality material, tailor-made for a specific purpose, and it does exactly the job it's supposed to do. With a little care it will easily hold sticks of any length (including monstrous 20cm sticks) and they all burn to the bone and leave no plugs. Under seven dollars for an ideal burning environment is a good price for me.

  • Feels good

This is a MUST!#

White ash saves the day! Fill a burning bowl/bowl about 1/3-1/2 full with white ash. Carefully make a cutout for the carbon disc in the middle. Take the tongs and light the charcoal disk. Place a burning charcoal plate in the center of the white ash. Carefully (using a spoon or other utensil) pour a thin layer of white ash into the center of the charcoal disc. Place resin, shavings or other plant material on top. Pray, meditate or just enjoy! Remove dirt and reuse.

Pros
  • Useful beyond its intended purpose
Cons
  • Fading

Ideal medium for seedless incense sticks and charcoal burners.

Ideal for use with seedless Japanese incense along with a beautiful incense bowl. It also makes an excellent bedding for charcoal bricks. It's a very fine ash, so when you first open it, move slowly and carefully or you'll end up with a big cloud of ash! I recommend pouring it into a bowl instead of watering it, although you can water it the same way if you're careful. One sachet is enough for several months of use. You can also filter it through a sieve from time to time to remove unburned…

There are no more end bits. Suitable for home decoration

Very light and holds incense well. I love how the incense continues to burn even after it has turned to ash, using up the entire wand. When I've tried wood or ceramic incense burners, I end up with not much left but no ash! That's great. I paid about $15 (including S+T) for 2 bags of this ash here at Revain but could have gotten it for less than $5 elsewhere. I stumbled upon a wonderful Japanese candle and incense vendor and was pleasantly surprised. that Japanese sellers typically sell…

  • Free for educational purposes

It's hard to find a quality product

Looking for an authentic and quality ash product? ok buy it But. You may need two. To be fair to the seller, they contained 1.7 oz. Description of the package with instructions that it will fill the incense bowl about 2/3 full. And also. what was delivered. I ordered 2 because I couldn't bring myself to leave the bowl only 2/3 full to avoid my possible mistake. I'll probably spill the cup or some other stupidity, I'll most likely accidentally succumb. The ash is very fine and is used in more…

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Good for flow control and fire protection.

This is for those who use charcoal incense sticks. You get a charcoal block - if you don't burn rave parties in a large open area you will suffocate. It burns too hot too fast. Even if you control the incense by dropping a little on it often, it will quickly eat up the air. Some people kill themselves that way. Accidentally or otherwise. It's the hidden ingredient - ash - and it's the best strain. Burn charcoal in a thick clay bowl - on the sand. To prevent a fire. Light the charcoal and place…
