Great for my home office

Great microphone. I'm in a room with a lot of echoes and as a result I hear feedback or muffled most of the time. On the first day, I received unsolicited compliments from people that my voice was very clear. I use it for my conferences with my computer's audio (don't forget to adjust the settings). I don't seem to work for phone calls (although it can be used for iPhone recording or video conferencing) and I don't think it's the device's fault but the audio quality limitations in the phone…

I love but be careful.

More like 4.5 than 5 stars. I bought this microphone because I fell in love with its looks. I'm obsessed with aesthetics. Compared to the Blue Yeti, I bought the Gen 2 at a good time as it was only $10 more expensive than the Yeti. I researched this shit and found a website that gave it a 70/100. While others rated higher, I liked this one and thought it wasn't too bad for what I needed - basically just Zoom/Discord calling. I love it. I might even love it, but be careful. The included cables…

Ideal for acoustic instruments!

I mainly play classical guitar and use this mic for streaming, Instagram and YouTube videos and even the occasional posting on Spotify. It is ideal as a microphone for video and live transmissions, but leaves a lot to be desired for studio settings. I still prefer my cheap Audio Technica small-diaphragm mic, and it absolutely can't compete with something like the Newman, but I throw it into the mix occasionally when it happens to be in a particularly good spot. Aside from lacking in color and…

Excellent sound quality and ease of use

I am very satisfied! Heavy in the hands and I LOVE it! It's really easy to use. The audio quality in my Zoom meetings has greatly improved. Before I started using it for my Zoom meetings, I tested it. I tried every setting and played around with the mic gain a lot. It works for me when I use it with the Speech parameter and Gain set to 5. Using it with the gain set to 6 makes my voice clearer and deeper, but too much noise for my liking. So I set it to 5 and was more than happy with the sound…

Great sound and build quality, get your cable

I've been looking for a mic to use while streaming and Shure is already a name I trust so I thought I'd would give this mic a shot. I use this mic about 2 feet away from me and my audience can hear me clearly. I use it on my desk with a stand, but you can mount it on a special mount by removing the rubber screw-in leg on the leg on the back. It comes with an adapter to mount it on a smaller bar, but I found it incredibly difficult to remove once screwed in. I thought about mounting it on a…
