Fits, runs, better than OEM

they fit my '79 Merc 115 perfectly. They are made of rigid foam and are not hollow so they don't fill up with fuel and sink like the OEM. Highly recommended!

Pros
  • fuel system
Cons
  • functionality

Perfect fit and functionality

I bought this float to replace an old plastic float. The previous swimmer leaked fuel and sank into the bowl. This composite float fits and works perfectly.

Pros
  • Replacement parts
Cons
  • Vulgarity

perfect for carburetor and parts

perfect for my 51 horse johnson 5 just had to ream the hole a bit and a small hole for the locking pin. Works great but shipping was a bit slow and cost more than a float.

Pros
  • float
Cons
  • something else

NEW FLOATS Best in Parts

It is what it is. New float from Sierra. It's nice to find them as people tend to forget to replace them when rebuilding their carbs. This is good, cheap insurance!

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Perfect fit for my 1983 Mercury 2-stroke 115hp 6-cylinder engine.

I would give the seller 5 stars but the floats came in a plastic bag which could easily be damaged in transit. It's like shipping ping pong balls in a plastic bag. It does not make sense! So I threw away the bones and set them to 3 carbs anyway. So far they are working great, no leaks or flooding.

Pros
  • Carburetor and parts
Cons
  • Frequency
