The software provides excellent support for patients with multiple chronic conditions who require regular monitoring to ensure that they receive appropriate care. It also allows us to see what therapies are being prescribed but not taken as well as which ones aren't working. A lot more needs to be done so we can monitor our patient's blood pressure at home instead of only when attending hospital appointments - this would improve their compliance rate enormously! I like that it allows me to have access from anywhere with internet or phone service at any time. It's easy for my clients who are seeing other doctors outside our network as well. The only thing i dislike about this software is how slow it can be sometimes when loading new information especially if you don't use all your tabs often enough!
