Superior Sanding - my new review

My latest finishing project required some serious sanding and I am really glad I found this product. Based on my experience, this screen outperformed other sanding products I've used in the past. It's durable and lasts longer, making it more cost-effective in the long run. However, it's a bit rough on delicate surfaces, so be sure to use caution when using it on thinner materials.

Slight calcification of the pick

Excellent material for use as washable/reusable toilet paper. Dry and hold under a faucet, gently wipe away the poo and next time hang the bad boy on the reel seat again. I haven't bought a single TP in 6 months

great alternative to sandpaper for removing dust when sanding drywall

This works great with the Hyde 09170 Dust Free Drywall Vacuum Sanding Set. The mesh sanding screen seems to load slower than the 9 inch -Grinding wheel, but the most surprising difference is the absence of dust. When using a grinding wheel, the whole room will immediately be filled with dust and it will fall on you while cleaning the ceiling. .For sanding paint between coats it doesn't work as fast as the big 9" sanding discs and in fact the Hyde 09170 is much more difficult to use than the 9"…
