Ideal for candy shapes

Star shaped pencil shape used. It worked great. The stars are quite small, they only fit in like half a colored pencil. I thought they were bigger

Slightly thin baking pan

Use a baking sheet or baking sheet underneath! The path is flimsy to move by hand! I LOVE the shapes though! Great for chewing gum and jellies! Very easy to use and clean like most silicone molds.

Ideal for caramel melts

Sweet melts float perfectly after a short stay in the freezer (10 minutes?). I tapped the countertop lightly with the tray to dislodge the bubbles. The top rack dishwasher does a great job. I'm assuming you want the tray to be completely dry before pouring the melts. Melt candy according to package directions.
