I don't know why I didn't buy these before. This is SO much easier to use than the absorbent dish drying mats - which I have to wash every few days. Being silicone, the ridges keep the water off my counters and I can easily pick it up and drain it into the sink. It's easy to wash with soap and I let is hand dry over the divider between my 2 sinks. This mat is large and looks nice, and keeps water off my countertops. I got it because I don't like things on my countertops, and this rolls up easily to be stored away when not in use. However, it takes forever to dry, and the ridges make it impossible to dry it with a towel, so it just ends up sitting out anyway. The ridges are kind of pointless anyway, as they aren't very tall and therefore anything sitting on top of them ends up sitting in water anyway. This mat will do for now, but I…

This is just what I was looking for in an accent in my kitchen. You should probably know in advance that hard water will leave an obvious residue on this beautiful navy blue drying mat. And I should probably get a water softener

The dishes are able to drain and there is no slippage. It adheres to the granite surface really well and is fairly easy to clean.

I'm quite pleased. My hot tools can now safely sit on a dresser without worry of them sliding off, or scratching or burning anything.

I love this mat. I have used it a lot for glasses and glass jars. It drains great and the mat is designed to give air to dry the inside.

I was looking for an alternative to rusty stainless or toxic plastic dish drying racks, and thought I’d give this silicone mat a try. I’ve been using it for over a month and love it. Every so often I stick it in the sink and wash it with dish soap. I purchased a tiny rubber-coated rack to hold plates, and have plenty of room leftover for glasses etc. to dry on the mat.

I had ordered this but in gray, I ended up with black. It's ok though, the black goes with all my appliances, and it's not worth the hassle of returning it.I bought it for a teak dish drain to sit on and it fits perfectly. Any water that drips off the dishes stays in the tray and then dries up. Because it's silicone, it doesn't slide around, so that's nice too.

The very suppleness that makes this drainer easy to fold also makes it difficult to clean. It's very soft and porous surface collects dust and, in my case, cat hair and you can't just wipe it clean. You have to really rinse it off and it takes forever to dry on the bottom and I'm not hanging it over my clean dishrack. Kind of takes the mobility out of it. Not using it anymore.

The size fits on my utility sink counter top and it compliments my blue washer & dryer. It has a lip these points are why I choose this version. I am satisfied. Even my menfolk give it a star rating. Lady Lyn NW WA

I like this item, not exactly what I expected however. Nearly impossible to get the water stains/ marks cleaned from it. It always looks dirty after a few uses.

Great silicone mat to set under my large size dish rack. This catches the small water accumulation while dishes or pans are drying. To clear of water, simply lift and tilt over the sink. Works great for me. Keeps my counter top dry.

The listing says 16” x 18” but the mat is actually 15 3/8” x 17 3/8. This doesn’t seem like it would make a big difference but it does. I bought this to replace my 16” x 18” mat that my dog chewed a hole in so I am disappointed in the size. If it was listed correctly, I would have purchased something larger.

I cook a lot, so I end up with a lot of pots and pans to wash by hand. I used to lay out an extra towel because my dish rack couldn't hold it all. This is a nice replacement for that. When water stains build up, I'll use a toothbrush to give it a scrub with some dish soap. Works great for me.

To be honest, my dishes took much longer to dry with this than a regular dish drying mat. It's too bad, because I was hoping it was going to last longer than a regular dish drying mat.

I love it. I have butcher block counter tops and bought it to protect my counters from aluminum cans and other items that might stain my counters, but I ended up loving it for its ability to hold water and not have it spill on my counters when draining dishes! Thumbs up!

I love this mat compared to the absorbent type. It’s easy to clean, looks sleek, and feels more hygienic then than the typical mat. I find that the absorbent type tend to smell like mildew. Every now and then I’ll throw it in the dishwasher and it’s good to go! Only con is that once the dishes are dry you may have to pour some of the excess water on the mat into the sink! Overall, I would recommend!
