I really like the 2 large silicone molds. You pass the pinch test! I've already baked with one. I am happy with the quality. The reason I chose this item over others was because of the bonus. I thought it was a good deal and was happy to receive 12 small silicone cutters. I assumed they would pass the pinch test as well. You are not; I am extremely disappointed. The muffins come out of the pan as described, you just have to be careful how quickly you do it after baking and at what angle you do it. I made this yesterday and a couple of my mini cupcakes started separating at the bottom, but that's due to the awkwardness of pushing the cup shape out.
