After trying Starbucks sous vide eggs, I couldn't help but head to Pinterest and see how to copy them. That's when I came across a recipe to make them in my Instant Pot using a silicone mold. I bought these to use in a Cuisinart 6 liter electric pressure cooker and they fit without touching the sides. The silicone is nice and thick so they don't bend when you try to move around the trays. The lids are designed for freezing baby food but I don't do that so I only use them to keep dust out when storing.
