After trying Starbucks sous vide eggs, I couldn't help but head to Pinterest and see how to copy them. That's when I came across a recipe to make them in my Instant Pot using a silicone mold. I tried a jar first (because I had a lot of glass yogurt jars) but the eggs were difficult to get out and stuck to the jar. I decided to order a silicone mold and hope it works better. It was perfect! The eggs popped out immediately and looked like sous vide eggs. They were so delicious and so easy to make that we now make them every weekend!
