No stars removed as it won't fit my Hamilton Beach Cooker, it was my fault for assuming they came without previous measurement would fit. I've used them a few times to make sous vide eggs and they do a great job. You will need to put the lids on and then place them in the bag unless you want the eggs to be in a sous vide water bath (i.e. they fit snugly but will leak). The egg holders are dishwasher safe, but the lids are not. To be honest all you have to do is hand brush them to get them really clean. In the sous vide process, they get covered in egg slime and the dishwasher can't handle it. Overall very helpful and I would recommend them. I couldn't take full advantage of them, but like I said, it was my fault. I keep them for sous vide.
