If you use them on an animal or something you'll have to make some noise - they don't work. I've used 2 of these on one of my dogs and haven't heard them at all. I even checked them out when my husband called from across the room and I barely heard them.

You are perfect! I needed a bell for a 10 lb dog and this is the perfect tiny size. I chose a bell with a good tone and a safe edge. Everyone has different nuances, I had one or two that turned out to be "failed", but for the price and quantity I'm very satisfied.

They have a very nice sound. I had them wear my dog colors when my older dog suddenly went blind to know where they were. The sound is much better than ringing bells. The only problem is they can't stand a dog trying to eat everything, he crushed it but it's not because of poor quality, my dog is just a brat

They give you a mix of those little half inch bells when they ship the package. If you want them all to have a specific type of bell you're out of luck, but other than that they have a clean tone and make great little jingle bells. The hole at the top for hanging the bell is a bit small, but that's to be expected given the size of the bells.

These bells are very well made and also have a flap that some cheap bells don't have. I was just looking for a Gremlin bell to hang on my motorcycle and the prices were high for not very good bells. They look great and at this price I can just swap them out with one of the other bells in the lot if the bell starts to look rough or falls off.
